1. Minimum of 5 passport size photographs of the candidate.
2. Original and photocopy of the 10^th Rank Card.
3. Original and photocopy of the 12^th Rank Card.
4. Original and photocopy of the migration certificate, provisional certificate as well as the graduation certificate.
5. Id proof of the candidate and their parents.
