Krishnadevaraya College of Dental Sciences and Hospitals (KCDS) Bangalore came into existence in the year 1992 Sri Krishnadevaraya instructional Trust. This trust was founded in the year 1985 by a group of people of Raju Kshatriya Community who had a noble cause of providing good quality education to the society.
The trust also runs Krishnadevaraya Hospital & research facility which is a 100 bed medical hospital in the city of Bangalore. The college is recognized by Dental council of India and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore. The college is very much committed in providing high level education to the society along with research, community service and patient care. The college is located in a good place of beautiful scenery hills where there are tall trees and ontogeny flowers with delightful skyline.
The college is around 20 km from the main city and is spread around 133 acres which is known as Krishnadevarayanagar. From the total area around 10 acres is reserved for the dental college events.

Eligibility Criteria
BDS
The candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in the PCB group. The candidate must have passed in English as a compulsory subject. candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects
MDS
Candidate should have Graduation and a bachelors degree in Dental Science from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
