PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION IN VIDYASHILP ACADEMY
The academic year in the Vidyashilip School begins from June. The admissions usually take place between the month of January and April.
The following are the steps needed to be taken in order to get admission into VSA:
Step 1: Online Waitlist Registration.
The parents of the prospective student has to first visit the official website of the school for the registering the students details online within the stipulated days or may write to the school via the admission section available on the website.
Step 2: Campus Tour.
The parents of the prospective student may visit the school with a prior proper appointment with the school between 10.00 am- 11.00 am on any Wednesdays for having a comprehensive school tour.
The parent may schedule an appointment or make an enquiry via the E-Mail provided at the website if the school.
Step 3: Admission Status.
As soon as vacancy arises the parent will be called out collect an application form from the school premises.
Step 4: Admission Approval Process.
For getting approved for the admission the parent must have submitted the documents as mentioned below:
- Copy of Birth Certificate.
- Two recent passport size photographs of the candidate.
- Evidence of Address.
- Original & photocopy of the community certificate.
- Original & photocopy of the Transfer Certificate (in case of change of school).
- Proof of Nationality.
- I.D proof of the candidates as well as their parent’s.
- Aadhar Card of the students their parents.
- Passport of the candidate (in case of NRI).
Step 5: Interaction with the student.
An oral, written &physical test will be conducted.
Step 6: Interaction Results.
The results of the interaction process will be told to the parent over Phone or E-Mail.
Step 7: Admission Offer Letter/Acknowledgement.
In case of a positive Interaction process, the Admission Offer Letter will be handed over to the parent for their acceptance.
Step 8: Admission Confirmation.
After the acceptance of the offer letter, an online payment will seal the confirmation of admission in to the school.
The admissions for the grades I usually begin from the month of January of every year.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN VIDYASHILP ACADEMY
: The admission for Grade I follows up as age criteria of 5years and 6months by 1st march of the year while applying for it.
In case of admission for the secondary and higher secondary then the school will take students into admission if there is a vacancy available in the current strength of the class.
