BOT, or a bachelor of occupational therapy, is an undergraduate degree program in the medical science. Students in this four-year degree program learn how to prevent, treat, and rehab physically, emotionally, and mentally challenged individuals. It is the mission of occupational therapists to enable individuals to reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life.
A bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy combines classroom experience with a practical learning experience in treatment clinics. BOT educates students to become competent, licenced occupational therapists who can practise independently under supervision. By altering the patient’s surroundings, educating them, and instructing them on how to lead a normal life, the course moulds the students’ abilities to grasp the ways to treat patients.
